WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear something colorful!

The inspiration behind the re-brand is about not assimilating to the current culture of the sport. Most brands have the crest and ivy because that's the elite culture of the sport. We'd like to change that narrative. We want to bring Black culture into the space. Please wear something that you feel is representative of Black/African American style outside of pickleball. For example, think of the days when oversized white t-shirts and long shorts were in. Wear bright colors instead of neutrals. Be yourself! We want to capture the authenticity of Black culture in the sport - less Abercrombie and Finch, more Fresh Prince.

ARRIVAL TIME:

We have courts #5-8 from 10am-1pm. Please arrive as close to 10am as possible. It'll be a hot day and we will start and conclude the content shoot as soon as possible so that people are free to leave or just play.

Feel free to bring a friend or 2, the more the merrier! We ask that all participants sign the publicity consent form.
