Want to make a bigger impact? Join our leadership team and help shape the future of BPC! As a leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our community, driving initiatives, and creating meaningful experiences both on and off the court. Check out our current openings and be part of something bigger!

  • Each Chapter of Black Pickleball will have 2 co-chairpersons who will lead oversight of team operations, partnerships, execution of programs. The responsibilities will be divided among the two co-chairs based on interest and skills at the time of appointment.
    The responsibilities are as follows:

    • Provide leadership and direction to the local Chapter

    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the local Chapter

    • Liaise with the organization's Board of Directors as needed

    • Oversee the implementation of the Chapter's goals and initiatives

    • Lead efficient operational processes within team

    • Cultivate and nurture partnerships with organizations and facilities 
aligned to mission

    • Oversee specific committees or projects as assigned

    • Lead strategic planning and decision-making

    • Lead Events & Programs Committee in partnership with Committee Chair

    • Recruit new members and retain existing members

    • Maintain volunteer sign ups and process

    • Plan social events for local Chapter

    • Communicate with members about chapter activities, events, and opportunities

    • Develop strategies to engage and involve members in chapter activities

    • Address member concerns and provide support as needed
